This pillow is divided internally into three sections—the center is filled with 80% feather/20% down mix that lends medium-firm support, while the top and bottom edges are filled with soft, pure down. The cotton shell is organic and down-proof, and the fill is double-washed.

- Use a pillow protector to avoid contact with body oil. Launder every two to three years unless there is obvious soiling. Machine wash using warm water and mild detergent on the delicate cycle. Thoroughly dry on low heat for approximately 3–4 hours. Air-dry for an additional 24 hours. Occasionally place outside in fresh air and direct sun to restore freshness.

Returns
Within 30 days of the delivery or in-store purchase date, we accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items. Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. If returned after 30 days, a merchandise credit will be issued for the original selling price.
