Woven in the 1930s, this antique Persian scatter rug is a heavy-duty piece built to withstand generations of use. It’s a fantastic addition to any space, bringing both decorative charm and a deep sense of history. The ivory backdrop is a breath of fresh air—rugs with this rare color ground are true gems, making this piece all the more collectible. Stout and sturdy, it has a beautifully stiff handle, adorned with intricate floral sprays that add elegance and movement. Handwoven with vegetable-dyed wool, its rich, natural hues have softened beautifully over time, enhancing its character. As an antique, it carries its story with grace—one end has some border loss, a natural testament to its age. This is a weighted rug with substantial durability, making it ideal for high-traffic areas, ready to be both a functional and visually striking part of your home.
