Style No. 100663103; Color Code: 095
Small but mighty! This Persian Sarouk rug carries a rich history, made popular in the West during the 1940s. Dating back to the 1930s, it boasts a luxurious wool pile on a sturdy cotton foundation, woven with natural, richly dyed hues. The wool has a beautiful sheen, thanks to the natural lanolin oils still trapped within the fibers, giving it a soft glow and enhancing its depth of color. Densely packed knots give this piece impressive durability and weight—you’ll feel its quality even in a compact size. Perfect for adding an instant pop of color, heritage, and character to any space. In great condition for its age, this nearly century-old rug naturally carries signs of wear that speak to its storied past. As a bonus, we’ll include a rug pad on the house to keep it secure and in place. Hand-knotted with vegetable-dyed wool, this timeless piece is built to last for generations to come. * Maintain with occasional vacuuming as needed—steer clear of the fringe.
- A custom cut rug pad will be sent on the house.
- Spot clean with a dash of mild soap and scrub using a warm, damp hand towel.
