This botanically dyed textile work, inspired by the tones of winter, is a collaboration between myself and my nonhuman kin that are present in the work, including Butterfly Pea, Purple Basil, Maple, Hydrangea, Logwood, Hibiscus. The role I play in creating these pieces is minimal as our plant kin are the ones who provide the color palette and create the composition of the work.
