Yogurt Parfait

With Tahini Walnut Granola, Berries & Passionfruit

INGREDIENTS

Yogurt
Blueberries
Raspberries
Passionfruit

TAHINI WALNUT GRANOLA

1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1 cup oats
1 cup walnuts
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp butter or coconut oil
1 tsp salt

METHOD

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine all granola ingredients and spread evenly on a lined sheet tray. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
Layer yogurt with berries, passionfruit, and granola. Serve immediately.
