Shipping Information

Most in–stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.

Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out–of–stock or backordered. You will be alerted in both instances, and in the event of a backorder, will be provided an approximate date of shipment. You will be informed if an item is backordered when you add it to your basket or within ten days of placing your order.

Items ordered through anthropologie.com cannot be shipped to Anthropologie stores.

Please note that duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are strictly enforced, and are not included in the order amount at checkout. These will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient.

Due to size and customs restrictions, some items are not available for shipment outside the US. Consequently, you may see and wish to purchase items available on our US site, but you will be asked to remove these items from your basket if the destination country does not permit the import of that item. You may also be asked to remove items from your basket that are low in inventory and cannot be guaranteed for shipment.

Shipping restrictions prevent us from being able to ship select beauty products, furniture and oversized items outside of the US.

If you place an order for an item that is not available for immediate shipment, it will be backordered. You will be informed if an item is backordered when you add it to your basket, or within 10 days of placing your order. You will also be given an approximate date of shipment. You will not be charged for backordered items until they leave the US. Your order total will be calculated in USD. Please note that your method of payment may be charged in your local currency at an exchange rate selected by the issuing bank, and may also include foreign transaction fees. These are not determined by Anthropologie, and are not included in your order total at checkout.

In the event that a backordered item is part of your order, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. If you would like to cancel a backordered item, please call 1.800.309.2500 for service in English or Spanish, or email service@anthropologie.com for assistance in English. For assistance in French, email anthrofr@anthropologie.com. For assistance in Spanish, email anthroesp@anthropologie.com.

If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will not be charged for the item.
