Q: I just signed up online for anthro. When will I receive my anthro card in the mail? Can I still shop in the meantime?
A: Shortly after you sign up online for anthro, you will receive an email on how to shop online as an anthro member. Your card will arrive in 7-10 business days via the United States Postal Service. To shop as an anthro member in one of our local stores, simply provide your name at checkout until your anthro card arrives in the mail.
Q: I signed up for the anthro program at my local store. Do I need to have my card with me to shop in-store?
A: It may take 2-3 weeks before your information is available in our store system, so be sure to hold onto your card for reference during that time so you can shop as an anthro member.
Q: I bought something yesterday, and I'd like to return it today without a receipt. Will that be possible?
A: Electronic receipts take 48 hours to become available in our system. Please keep this in mind when making exchanges or returns without a paper receipt.
Q: Why should I link my anthro card to my online shopping account?
