Rated 5 out of 5 by BUY THIS SKIRT I love this skirt! Bought it in the mint. The picture in person is more vibrant and seems more minty. The fit seemed tts, same size I wear in jeans 27 fit. The waist line is not suffocating and tight like some pencil skirt. Fit is snug, but not sleazy tight. The length is also respectable, I'm 5'6" , the skirt is about 2" above my knee. Although the skirt makes a statment, it really is versatile for spring & summer. Fabric is substantial and workmanship looks solid. Should last a while. I am buying the red skirt as well! May 1, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Extra functionless button hole design!? I missed catching that there is a functionless button hole on the fly - just an open slit that bunches (and calls attention to) the fly of the skirt. I am so disappointed by the design - the textile is heavyweight, but plenty of stretch to make it an "every day" piece. Red color is like a pretty New Mexican clay. May 20, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by H-e-l-l-o Spring! I agree with the previous reviewer that it is a true pencil skirt. The colors are vibrant but not too bold and it has an appropriate length (right above the knees for me). The toughest part was deciding the color. I'm really into the mint color lately but the Chinatown DC manager suggested that I go with red (because it's a nice cheerful red). I also purchased the embroidered t-shirt that's featured in the photo. I thought the waist was too big until I realized that I had to pull the skirt up a bit, then everything fits fine. The details are cute too (the little buttons have a horse print on them). The color of the red skirt looks true in the first 3 photos. Good buy!!! (Special thanks to the Chinatown DC staff. I travel a lot but I always wait until I return to your store to purchase my clothes, you are THAT WONDERFUL!). April 2, 2013
