At first I thought uh oh, Anthro is at it again with the "bat-wing" sleeves but they prove me wrong and somehow made it work by sewing the sides with arm room just enough to hide your side bra. Don't have to worry about sweat stains. The top is smooth and not thin like most silky materials. I would recommend wearing a seamless bra though you can get away wearing other types. You can wear it tucked, which I did with some navy straight fit slacks, or out with AG Stevie Straight jeans (shown in picture).
FYI - I ordered the top a size smaller. If you purchase true to size, I guarantee you will be swimming in it.

 by JulesMilo So Soft!
Totally missed this online and wouldn'tve tried it on in the store until I felt the material. It's so soft! It's on the flowy side so you may want to try on a smaller size along with your usual just in case. It's see-through so you definitely need something underneath (as you can see in the photo). This is the right amount of flowy without being too overwhelming. The material definitely helps it in that sense.
I'm wearing an 0 in the photo and I'm 5'6", 100lbs, 32A and 25 in jeans.

Rated 5 out of 5 by allanthro Beautiful top, runs extremely large
I am a big fan of this top, and I purchased it in mint and navy. The fabric has a wonderfully soft feel to it, the flutter sleeves give it some interest without being too billowy and garish, and it's the perfect backdrop for a bright statement necklace!
I will say that this top runs EXTREMELY large. I am typically a size 10 in tops (an 8 if the top if loose over the hips, a 12 if it's small over the hips), and I needed a size 4 in this shirt, and I STILL have plenty of room through the hips (and everywhere else). In the right size, I think this shirt is flattering and adorable - but in my regular size, it looked like a giant sack with no shape. I'd definitely recommend trying a few sizes to see which one works best for you!
