Wow, this top is amazing! It is very unique and I love the mesh draping. I completely agree with the other reviewer that it is sexy but subtle at the same time. I can wear it to my office, but also out for the night, making it a perfect day-to-night transition piece, in my opinion. I purchased it yesterday and am already wearing it at the office (wearing it with white pants and a grey blazer)! It is elegant and sophisticated.
I think the stretchy material of the bottom half of the top provides a perfect fit and will be great for slender girls. The mesh top is well made, soft and drapes perfectly without any fussing. The sleeves do seem to be a shorter on me than on the model, but that was not a problem for me. I will say that I had planned to purchase in the ivory color, but black was definitely more flattering. The ivory may have been cut slightly larger or maybe it was just a trick of the eye since black is universally more slimming.

This gorgeous top makes a statement in a subtle and gradual way like a work of art. The eye is first drawn to the asymmetrical shirring that runs across the chest to one shoulder (giving it a Greek goddess look). Then the different textures of the blouse appear - the sheer mesh shirring and then the fitted body-hugging ruched cotton bodice. Look closer and you will see that one shoulder is made of only one layer of sheer mesh giving that shoulder a bare sexy look while the other shoulder has a double layer which adds a beautiful artistic contrast (see my photos). I tried on both colors in my usual XS in Deletta tops and it fit beautifully (5'1', 107 lbs, 26'' waist). I purchased the black because I felt that color is more versatile for my wardrobe but both colors are beautiful and can be worn with just about anything. It looks great with jeans for a sexy casual look and it can be dressed up with just about any type of skirt. If I had designed this top, I would have added more shirring at the left shoulder where the shirring ends. To fix this for my own taste, I added a nice vintage brooch (see photo). I have lots of vintage jewelry so will have fun trying out different brooches with this top. Another advantage is that I think a regular bra (rather strapless) can be worn with the black color even though the shoulders and upper chest area are sheer. The bra strap will show on one side (see my photo) but I think it almost looks like it is part of the top. I have not washed it yet but the quality looks good to me. The bodice is a thick ruched stretchy cotton material that seems to be of good quality. For reference, the xs is 14 inches from underarm to underarm and 19 inches from center of neckline to bottom.

This is a good example of style that Anthro is famous for. As an added bonus, this top is affordable as well. I tried on the white top specifically to go with the American Heritage skirt purchased last year (see picture) but the black is nice too. The sizing seems TTS. I am a 36A with broad shoulders and took a size M. The top is nice and long if you want to pair it with low-waisted jeans. It also tucks in smoothly. I found the mesh diagonal piece and jewel neckline becoming on me as well as the puckered bodice, AND it isn't too sheer; I am wearing it with a normal bra. It seems like the kind of top that would fit a variety of figures. The sleeves come halfway down my upper arm as pictured in the Anthro photo. I received several complements on the first day I wore it. A+
