Rated 4 out of 5 by A great look but needs altering I too loved this dress at first sight. It's a great three-season party look. But when it arrived, it was too big overall, but especially in the top. I ordered a 2 and probably should have gone smaller. But I am short-waisted and the problem seems mostly to be that the bust-line sits too low. I have had this with other dresses in the past and perhaps a petite would have remedied the situation. As I don't live in the U.S., the cost of returning is high so I have opted to have it altered, lifting the bodice up and a few tucks here and there. I have also moved the bow to the side. Rated 2 out of 5 by A missed opportunity I just love the look of this dress - the cut-out arms holes, the draped skirt, the beautiful bow. But unfortunately, the quality of the material and the workmanship fall far short of the style. I purchased two sizes - I'm never sure what will fit (I'm 5'10" and athletically built) - and both gaped open at the chest. I considered having them tailored, but the material was so cheap that I figured I would be wasting my money. Darn it. Great idea, poorly executed. November 17, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love! I bought this dress after falling in love with it at first sight. It is so versatile and classic with a bit of a twist. I plan on wearing it for New Year's and to a wedding I am attending in the spring. My only minor complaint is that the bow is not sewn down, and I am worried that it will become untied and then I will never be able to tie it to look like it did in the store! Bought a 6 and it fit TTS. December 29, 2013
