Lovely top that would match with many things if tucked in.
Design: Beware that the orange placket doesn't go all the way down, so even though it's long enough to be a flowy tunic, it would look really odd.
Fit: I felt that this fit TTS.
Other: The raised swiss dots are lovely on the sheer fabric, which definitely requires an underlayer. I did not feel that this top is worth its regular price, though. Maybe if the orange placket went all the way down? But as a purely tuck-in-skirts/shorts top, I'm going to wait for sale.

I bought this blouse in the blue to go with the Black and white flowered Weston Wear pencil skirt. What a lovely match the two of them make! The silk is beyond soft, yet, at the same time, it's lined and not see-through. The arm holes are airy but not revealing, the front placket is straight and tailored when tucked in to a curve defining pencil skirt, but the back of the shirt has a pleat that can be left tucked in for some flowing ease or, if the shirt is left untucked with a pair of the wide leg linen trousers, the blouse flows and flirts with the wind, making this an easy-going elegant piece.
The blouse is true to size, but if I had to make one caution, I might say that women with a larger bust might want to try it on first if they wish to wear the blouse tucked in or hope to find satisfaction with a tailored feel.
The last two buttons on the shirt DO NOT have the stripe running all the way down to the bottom seem, thus the stripe just ends, leaving the last two buttons hanging there in the breeze. When wearing this blouse free flowing you may wish to unbutton the bottom two buttons to detract from the fact that the stripe has gone missing. I'd have to say that the center stripe that covers the buttons does make or break the tailored/finished feel of this shirt.
The silk is extremely soft and woven well and tight stitched, the buttons are sewn on tight and covered under the center stripe, the blouse is lined, it drapes well when loose and the swiss dots not only are adorable but are sewn tight and do not appear to be fraying. I think this is actually a quality piece for Anthropologie. I've been down on their blouse and shirt quality of late (especially their knit shirts and polyester blouses) but I'm hoping their buying staff will remember that this company grew and expanded enormously by means of the loyal customers throughout the years that came back season after season purchasing quality clothing meant to last and be unique and beautiful. Please keep purchasing from vendors who stand for quality and stylishness.

I purchased this blouse to go with some pencil skirts in my closet. Based on other reviews I ordered a size 2 (115# 34-26-36 for reference). I usually wear a 0 or 2 in blouses but I was concerned that the front buttons might pull in a 0. The 2 fits nicely but with a little more fabric than I would like. The top is very soft and looks lovely tucked into skirts from the front but the excess fabric sort of billows up in the back and looks a bit odd. I don't think this is enough to make me send it back though. The ivory color is very sheer and will definitely require a nude bra or a cami underneath.
