by silverspoon I own several pair of Lolly yoga pants so naturally I was excited for these after reading the reviews. Unfortunately these pants made me look short and stumpy. I think it has to do with the elongated foldover waistband that gives the illusion that my legs are shorter than they actually are. Also the black color is not a saturated deep black rather more of a black with brown undertones.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by suzieq I was afraid these would get baggy in the knees and sag in the rear but they do not. I bought the medium since I didn't want any bulges or lines to show which is a size up for me. The fold over waist covers panty lines and is more modest. I wear my pants higher on the waist than my daughter and she borrowed them for exercising, wore them low and they looked great on her so wear them higher or low either way looks good. After a very hard workout they still did not sag. It just goes to show that the material is good quality and not the everyday lounge/workout pant. Very attractive. I wish it came in true black and maybe navy.

I love these pants, I love all the Lolly yoga pants. Whoever came up with the cut really understands how to flatter a woman's figure with stretch pants material! They fit closely without being painted on, they have a generous inseam so they look good with shoes on, no camel toe, and flattering forward curving outside seams. But, the cool unfinished fabric edges just don't hold stitches. I haven't found that the unhemmed leg openings fray, but the side seams definitely fall apart on each of these that I've had. I had a friend with a sewing machine reinforce the stitches about 3/4 of an inch in from the factory seam on each leg, which had separated in several places after just a couple of washes. Even still, I have a spot under the waistband on each side where I can poke a thumb through just from pulling them up. The fragile construction is disappointing especially because these are pretty expensive lounge pants. I still recommend them for the awesome fit, but expect to do frequent repairs.
