Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Mild Weather Coat This coat is ideal for those mid 40s to mid 50s days. I never really noticed this coat before it hit sale - but couldn't resist the beautiful patterns and soft material (Cotton, spandex). I was a bit disappointed that the lining is viscose - but at the sale price - I think it is worth the money. The buttons are quite beautiful (see closeup shot) - however, because they are so heavy I can easily see them falling off - so I'll be very careful and take care to keep the spare in a place I can easily find it. Fit: I am normally an eight/ten in coats - the eight is plenty comfortable. The only portion of this coat that is fitted at all is the shoulders and arms - so if you have broader shoulders or bigger arms, I'd recommend ordering true to size - otherwise, size down. Rated 5 out of 5 by so happy this runs large! I cannot begin to express how much I love this coat! I fell in love when I saw it , but I never thought I would be its proud owner because number sized items are not my friend at Anthro. When I read that folks thought it ran two sizes two big, I decided to go ahead and order the 14, never thinking it would fit but knowing I had to try. The coat arrived yesterday and I was delighted to discover that it did run big and would be making its home with me. The coat buttons easily, though when moving around it does sometimes develop a bit of a pull over the bust- I plan to add a snap in between the widely spaced 2nd and 3rd buttons to address this potential problem. I'm a size 18 apple but have plenty of space in the waist on this piece. December 10, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Lovely Coat I bought this coat during the Black Friday 20% off sale. In person, the pattern is more blended. There is not as much contrast between the colors of the medallions and the background colors. I wish it was a little more fitted on the sides. I wear an 8/10 and bought the 8. It fits perfectly in the arms and shoulders, but the overall body is very roomy. I fear that sizing down would limit my mobility. I love the feel of this fabric. To me, it just screams "vintage winter." However when my husband saw it on me, he said, "What is that, a housecoat?". Insert crestfallen face. Even though the fit is a little big, I am keeping this coat. It makes me feel sassy and different, in a good way. Plus, it is incredibly cozy and comfortable. November 27, 2012

Size Guide

How to Measure

Measure under your arms at the fuller part of your bust. Keep tape level across your shoulder blades.

Natural Waist

Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.

Drop Waist

Measure around your body 1 1/2" below your natural waist.

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Using a pair of your pants that fit well, measure from crotch seam to bottom of leg.

Wrap a length of string around your finger and mark where the end touches. Measure the distance between the end of the string and the mark you've made to determine what size to order.
