by Arlette Pretty back view in an airy top
This top is a very lightweight (read see-through) long top with a pretty back detail.. Not flowy, and the back stands out a bit, but the cotton feels very comfortable.
The shoulder seams were almost 2" beyond my own narrow shoulders making it stand out in an odd way. Otherwise the size 0 fit true to size, even a bit loose, on my 5'2", 32-24-36, frame. The fine horizontal stripes come across as grey, not blue.
Sorry about the photo quality, its just to show how transparent it is and the proportions for petites out there who may want to order this online.

For reference: I wear a 34D (36C), am somewhat broad shouldered, and I have a short waist. I normally wear a size 8 - 10 in a button-down shirt. This one comes SML, so I bought the M (my normal Anthro size) as the shirt is structured through the shoulder but not overly so.
The top is actually more white than ivory, and for this reason I feel like it is a classic white button-down shirt that can be worn with tons of things. The back has a lovely lace inset, but oddly enough it isn't too see-through. I tried it on with a nude-colored bra, and you really couldn't see it. You could, though, wear a tank under if you were concerned. The rest of the fabic is a crisp, cotton that has vertical lines (open weave) running the entire body of the shirt. And, the shirt isn't too long for my 5'3" frame. I am not sure that I would wear it with leggings because it really isn't that long. I could wear it tucked it, too. So it can be worn as a shorter tunic outside of skinny jeans or another straight-type bottom, but since the shirt has some structure you can tuck it in. The inside collar and cuffs have a white lining with a pattern of circle-like shapes. The colors of the shapes are half teal green and half dark purple, outlined in black. If you don't want to see the lining, the cuffs can be rolled up. Overall the quality of the fabric is very good, so for a classic white button-down shirt the price is right. Especially since it has a great twist (the lace inset in the back).

Rated 5 out of 5 by dancer a surprise in back!
I did not notice this shirt online, but when I went to my local Anthro and saw the back of this - wow, very pretty eyelet lace down the whole back. they had it paired with a peach tank top and knotted in the very middle in the front. it is a little sheer but put it with any color tank and it will look so cute.
