This top is very cute and the sweatshirt portion is soft, but the bottom is sheer, has a lot of static cling, and the overall fit of the top is small (runs small) and too short for the style. Not a hit.

Much cuter in picture than in person. Very boxy and sheer fabric and tie in back are cheap looking

I wanted to love this top and at first I really did! However, upon closer inspection, I realized that this seemingly everyday top would be a lot more hassle than what it is worth. The boxy/flowy look actually was quite flattering on my petite figure (I'm 5'1" and about 103 lbs and had ordered a size XS) and the open part in the back with the tie was super cute, but it was the quality of the fabrics that bothered me. The grey portion is more like a cross between sweatshirt and sweater materials but is very fragile. There were already areas where it was starting to unravel at the seams on the arms. There are also slight, small loops in the fabric that I knew could easily snag and pull. I didn't think the chiffon was cheap-looking, but there was a major problem with static cling. Overall, I'd say this would be a beautiful top if done with less delicate and more sturdy fabrics. If it weren't so expensive, I could probably get past these issues, but at nearly $90, I just can't justify a top that I can't get many wears out of!
