Rated 5 out of 5 by I like it I normally don't do buttondowns. But I tried this on because I've seem similar versions of it in the past and I tend to like this designer. This one fit spot on. The fabric is relaxed; not the normal "stiffness" that an Oxford shirt has. It's also long & lean which is perfect for me because I have a long torso. I love the little tie around the waist (it can be tied in front or in back for a more casual look) and I especially love the black across the top of the shoulders & across the shoulder blades. I think it makes the shirt look so smart. The gray down the front is nice too. Adds some personality with the chicness of the black. Overall, I love it. It fits well and is well made. Can't wait to wear it with my colorful linen pants and/or jeans & heels. February 13, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Suggest you try it on first I spotted this buttondown in the store and tried it on right away. Love the styling, which would be equally at home in the workplace or on a Saturday afternoon. The white fabric feels somewhat silky - it's not a crisp white cotton. It is also somewhat sheer. Unfortunately, I felt that the top fit tightly on the shoulders and upper arms. I tried on a 6, 8 and 10 (I usually wear a 4 or 6 in this type of shirt) and while the width around the chest and stomach grew wider, the hips and shoulders remained narrow and tight. Because of how thin the fabric is, I felt like it would tear if I moved the wrong way (vs cotton that might have a little give.) Overall, a beautiful concept but somehow it doesn't come off in construction/quality. Suggest you try it on in the store before buying and size up if you have an athletic build, broad shoulders, etc. February 28, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great if you don't sweat Saw this online and decided I had to have it. Luckily found it in the store. The size 2 fit well (115, 34D, 5'4"). However, I will be returning this gorgeous shirt. 1) the shirt is a little sheer. Even on the model you can tell, so you'd have to wear a nude bra or something underneath. But that's not the main reason why I'm returning it. 2) I sweat a lot. With the fabric being polyester, I know there will be pit stains, unfortunately. Not worth it to me. February 26, 2013

Size Guide

How to Measure

Bust

Measure under your arms at the fuller part of your bust. Keep tape level across your shoulder blades.

Natural Waist

Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.

Drop Waist

Measure around your body 1 1/2" below your natural waist.

Hips

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Inseam

Using a pair of your pants that fit well, measure from crotch seam to bottom of leg.

Rings

Wrap a length of string around your finger and mark where the end touches. Measure the distance between the end of the string and the mark you've made to determine what size to order.
