I saw this on the hangar and my initial thought was "yuck." Then, after a whole 30 seconds, I was thinking that it might really be a cute. Bottom line, this top is for the smaller chested. I'm a 135lbs and a 34D; it was just unflattering. Not to mention, I'm typically a size S in tops at Anthro and I couldn't even get the small over my head. So, while I said that I wouldn't recommend, that would be for the bigger busted gals. I think it has potential....just not for me.

I love this shirt a lot, and it is a great price, too.
I got it in the white/navy combo and it is so precious on. I can't wait to wear it with denim, white denim, red denim, maxi skirts, linen pants, shorts, etc. A great not-so-basic shirt!
It DOES seem to run small--however, I am petite and still used my regular size (xs) because I wanted it to be fitted and able to tuck into skirts, shorts, etc. The arms were especially tight, but I know that after I wear it for a bit, it will stretch and not feel so tight. I also didn't want to size up because I felt the shoulders would've been too wide if I sized up to a Small.
I also like that the ruffle is only on the front of the shirt instead of all the way around....so you could wear a jacket, cardigan still and not have that awkward lump from the ruffle on your back.
This is definitely for someone who doesn't mind a more form fitting silhouette. So glad I purchased this!

I admired this at full price and grabbed it when it went on sale. I am a 6 and bought this in a small. It fits snug across my upper arms and across my 34B chest, but it is not uncomfortable as there is some give to the fabric. I actually think it is very slimming and flattering.
