Dime Novel Wide-Legs

Rated 4 out of 5 by Lovely, but easily marred These pants are gorgeous--quite long, so you do have to wear them with heels unless you're super tall--and somehow they make your legs look really thin even though they're really loose--but they do snag really easily. Keep velcro away from them. August 24, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Love Love Love I was checking out at my local Anthro store and noticed these on the girl helping me. They are so cute and comfy looking! I bought them on the spot in my normal 6. Got home and noticed the rise was a bit short...kind of gave me a wedgie! I decided to exchange for an 8 and they are perfect! Since they are supposed to be more relaxed going a size up didn't make them too big - just gave more room in the rise. These are really so airy and lovely I can't wait to wear them. I'm tall, so the hem length is ok with a heel/wedge, but I think I will have them hemmed a bit to wear them with flatter shoes. So glad I splurged on these. August 6, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by made for a TALL petite So first impressions: beautiful drape, lovely design, aligned patterns at the seams. But a warning to those who have derrieres, you will have to size UP. I'm only 5'1" and automatically thought, petite, right? Well, as the previous reviewers noted, them hem is LONG, over 32 inches so even in my platforms, talking 5 inches, I was still tripping over the wide hem. That wasn't too bad, the tailor could adjust that. What didn't work for me was the rise. Because I have a tush, it pushes the seam to far back, the pockets don't lay flat and it's very unflattering. I was bummed, I would've been willing to alter the length but this requires structural re-design. All you tall ladies and not so tush-y ladies go for it! August 2, 2012
