Anthropologie's way of advertising this item is very misleading. Had I read the reviews earlier, I would have known. The same thing happened to me. I bought this tea set but when it arrived, I got just the pot. I emailed Anthropologie not once, not twice, not three times, but FOUR, trying to figure out how to order the creamer and sugar bowl because when you go to their website, there is only one way to order it but only the teapot comes. There is no option for ordering the sugar bowl or creamer! My first email wasn't even answered, the second and third email were just stock answers that didn't address my question. The fourth explained how but it didn't work. I will just return the item. It's really not as cute as the photo anyway. Arrrggg!! How frustrating!

I purchased this tea set as a wedding gift. Heads up: The way you order the set is a little bit weird. I assumed I was purchasing all the items of the set (teapot, creamer, etc.) for the price of $48 but only the teapot arrived. My invoice stated that I had purchased 'the Teapot' for $48. You folks may want to be more careful than I was when you order. The teapot's details appear rather delicate and matte in the photos - the pot actually had a high-gloss to it and the details are a bit more rounded and have a shading glaze that bleeds up into the gloss in an antiqued sort of way. The four feet on my pot give it a slight wobble that is sort-of charming. I will be returning this teapot, just not quite what I was expecting it to be - but nice in its own way.

You order the sugar and the creamer by using the color choices. It's preset to teapot. Change it to get the creamer and or the sugar pieces.
