Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome for dachshund lovers! My mother and I both have a pair of these and we love them. We couldn't resist, despite the price, because we're obsessed with all things doxie. They're incredibly warm and have held up really well, even after we've had to wear them outside and get them damp. They're also very sturdy and the sole is harder and more supportive than a lot of slippers. December 14, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Just "OK" First off, I'm disappointed that this brand is no longer made in Germany, as advertised on the Anthropologie description. They are actually made in Poland. It's probably not a huge deal for most people, but I specifically bought these for my mom, who is German, since she gets a kick out of gifts made from "the homeland." Second, the quality seems to have gone down a tad from the last time I bought a pair of Halfingers (again, for my mom). The soles just felt kind of cheap and uber light. The design itself is super cute, and looks just as it does in the picture. The slippers are true to size (I'm a size 9 and I tested out the size 40 to make sure it was correct, and it was). I wouldn't have paid full price for these, but the sale price is about on par with the quality. January 29, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Well-crafted These are so well made and comfortable. Sturdy in construction but also light in feel. I love all the details on these, how the ear flaps and the way the dog's legs are sewed on shows good craftsmanship and attention to detail. So glad I got these. And I don't even own a dog! For sizing, I am usually size 7 and 38 fit me perfectly. Now I'm hoping to track down the cat version. April 7, 2013

Size Guide

How to Measure

Measure under your arms at the fuller part of your bust. Keep tape level across your shoulder blades.

Natural Waist

Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.

Drop Waist

Measure around your body 1 1/2" below your natural waist.

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Using a pair of your pants that fit well, measure from crotch seam to bottom of leg.

Wrap a length of string around your finger and mark where the end touches. Measure the distance between the end of the string and the mark you've made to determine what size to order.
