Rated 4 out of 5 by Sizing varies between colors! I got a pair of black pants in the store in my normal size and really liked them. Flattering and well-cut and they fit me about as pictured here. However, I do like my trousers to be a little bit looser and to ride a little bit lower, and so I ordered the green online in the next size bigger. Like a previous reviewer, I also found that the green was substantially smaller (the size 12 green was smaller than the size 10 black). Back they'll have to go. My other niggling complaint is that with the black ones, the sewing seems to be kind of shoddy. I pulled them off at night, and the seam below the buttons ripped. Easy enough to fix, but I feel like when I pay over $100 for pants, they should really stand up to me taking them off and putting them on (and, like I said, they fit me as pictured here). Rated 4 out of 5 by Runs small, but very nice pant I love this style - same style as the linen pants offered this summer. However, in my experience, these run VERY small. I had to swallow my pride and buy a pair 2 sizes above my normal size (and 2 sizes above my size in the linen version). My normal size fit, but was too close-fitting for my taste. If I can get over that, these are very nice pants! August 2, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Beware petite sizing! I tried on these pants in Anthropologie. I'm usually a size 2 or 4. The regular 4 fit like a dream - super flattering - though the fabric is lightweight and unlined. Great cut and button detail (which takes time to open/close). Unfortunately, the regular size was too long, so the store ordered the petite to be shipped. To my horror, the petite arrived and isn't just shorter, but scaled down in every dimension! The size 4 was more like a size 0 - almost a children's size. Worse still, they've since run of larger sizes; I guess everyone has realized the need to size up. Beware and don't waste the cost of shipping and returns: if ordering petite scale up TWO SIZES! September 11, 2013
