Rated 4 out of 5 by tarnished but i'll keep it the good: lovely, simple design. not too chunky like you might imagine a woman's signet ring to appear. cons: tarnished completely in less than 24 hours of wear, not as heavy as i imagined it might be. i wanted something just like this to add to my everyday jewelry. within three hours i noticed some tarnishing, and within 24 it had tarnished completely. it gives the appearance of brass, perhaps slightly less yellow, though. i happen not to mind that it isn't shiny. i haven't tried polishing to see if it would return to its original yellow silver. Rated 3 out of 5 by Great design, not great quality I was very excited to find this ring on Anthropologie's website, and I ordered it immediately. The first reviewer was pretty spot-on about the general features of the ring: this is a dainty signet ring with a lovely (and unique) design...however, the quality of the material is not as great. While the ring feels substantial in material, it's true that it tarnishes very quickly. The design is meant to be oxidized and it came that way when it was first delivered -- but after two weeks of lightly wearing it, the color of the ring has darkened considerably and it makes it difficult to even make out the design. I'll be taking the ring to have it resized, so hopefully something can be done to re-polish the material as well. February 12, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Ring tarnishes immediately I love this ring but it tarnishes immediately, so if you are looking for a gold colored ring, it won't be for long. May 6, 2014
