I love the way this "rug" looks. I hate how this rug is more of a throw than anything. I guess I was expecting more of a rug akin to the persian or wool rugs I own, but this is really thin and I have been thinking about using it as a cover on my bed. In fact, if I opened up the seam on one end it could be a duvet cover. The quality is lovely though. You can tell that it was made with skill and the colors are brilliant. I just wish it was more like a rug. It is as thin as a rag rug and moves around like one too, which incidentally doesn't go well with a rambunctious dog. I spend a lot of time putting it back into place. And it rests on carpet.

I really thought in ordering this that it would be a little "wild" or "too much" for my quiet little house. Don't get me wrong, I love color, and have used quite a bit while decorating, but thought this may be too "out there" for my style, and therefore wouldn't blend well. Boy was I wrong! Not only did the rug fit my space perfectly, it gave a special POP of color to a bland area, and also inspired me with other ways to pull the colors in it out. It's heavy, well made and I'm so excited to have it.

i bought this rug the other day and it just arrived in the mail today. when i opened the box and saw the package wrapped in tissue paper i thought it was going to be my shams( that i had orderd at the same time) but no, it was this rug.... it was so thin and wasa easily folded up. and the design on the 3 by 5 rug looked cut off and unfinished....but it just did not seem like a very good quality... overall i am very disappointed with the porduct and am returning it 1st thing tomorrow...this is not worth the money
