Rated 4 out of 5 by Love Overall, this is a fabulous buy. Color is as shown and the sofa itself is quite comfortable. The only issue worth mentioning is the fact that the legs do not come off so getting it to fit through a doorway can be quite a struggle, as was the case for me and the poor delivery men who spent 4 hours maneuvering it into my residence. Rated 4 out of 5 by Good for the price, has unusual dimensions I purchased this in this sofa in gray velvet, when it went on sale. I am happy with the comfort and solid feel of the piece, but thought I should point out a few quirks of the design for other shoppers. First, the seat of this sofa is quite high, which could be uncomfortable for those of short stature, and which can make pairing the sofa with other furniture a bit difficult. I am 5'11", and can just place my feet flat on the ground when I sit straight up on this...which brings up another issue: the extreme depth of the seat. You will need to pile up lots of large pillows along the back in order to sit with your feet on the floor. In fact, this is more of a legs-tucked-up or lie-back-and-recline kind of sofa. You could easily use it as a guest bed. As for the styling, I am not in love with the exterior tufting -- it is extremely busy -- but it's growing on me. The quality of the upholstery work is good though not perfect, but is adequate for the price point. I used this large and imposing piece to divide a large living room into seating areas. The high back and sides woke well for that purpose. April 7, 2014
