Rated 3 out of 5 by Buy in store if possible. Quality control is poor. For this price, the items should be decent quality. (It's made in china, what did I expect?) I bought two letters online, E & J, for my childrens' bathroom. The J arrived fine. The E arrived with poor workmanship details - the knob at the bottom was glued on incorrectly (askew, or slanted, whatever you want to call it.) This issue is solved if you select it yourself in the store (as you can weed through the poor quality ones). Apparently there is little/no quality control when orders are selected to be shipped. I notified Anthro, they quickly sent out a replacement...WHICH WAS CHIPPED IN THE CERAMIC AREA. The large chip, 2" wide, along the back, could be seen from the side. I now have two defective E's to send back in. What are my odds on a well-made 3rd one? I'm frustrated. Also, from a usage/design perspective, there is only one hole to affix the hook to the wall, allowing the hook to move when it's used. The metal back scratches the wall. I'll put a felt pad on the back. Anthro could have put that on, in the very least. I'm sucking it up because I really like their look. Next time I won't buy online from Anthro. It's a fine shame.
