I bought my mug a little over a year ago and found that over time the liquid content began seeping through the cracks. This did not immediately occur during the first 6-8 months but began shortly thereafter. Unfortunately, although I love the design, I am going to have to stop using this mug. I only drank tea and coffee from this mug and hand washed it with warm water and soap. Even after washing several times, I would still see brown tea seeping through when there was only hot water in the mug. Or I would see black coffee seeping through when drinking chamomile tea.

I bought the Y cup, which has a yellow floral design with teal Y lettering.
The cup is a little thin in material. I generally like buying mugs that are thicker that way when i drink something hot i dont feel the heat as much. The handle on it is smaller than my liking. It fits my index and middle fingers comfortably. The cup itself is pretty sturdy and serves its purpose. My friend absolutely loves it! It has an old vintage look to it.
i would have bought an "L" one for myself but it was back ordered /:

I love mugs, and tea cups. This is definitely my favorite one that I have. The design is just so cute. I bought mine a few months ago, and it's still in good condition. I machine wash it. It's still beautiful. I only gave it 4 starts on quality because the cup does get hot to where you can't touch or hold it like some mugs. But holding it by the handle isn't a problem. I don't think it's awkward at all. It doesn't tip or anything. I only drink tea out of here. I just bought some for my sisters and mother for christmas, and I know they'll love it. I noticed a woman at the store trying to decided on whether to get one or not and I talked her into it because these just really are awesome mugs!
