I, too, somehow missed the fact that the finials were not included. Not sure how I did that because I'm a very good shopper, but clearly wasn't this time. I honestly don't know if these rods are any better than what I could've gotten at Target for a fraction of the cost...and now I have to buy finials because we needed to put up these rods due to timing of a project and lack of time to run out to Target. The picture should show the rod with the flat metal end, not a finial. And us shoppers should read closer, yes, but a photo means a lot.

There is nothing special or unique about this curtain rod--I bought it only because I was also buying drapes from Anthropologie, and it seemed easier to get everything from the same place. The finials shown in the product photos are the only special thing about this item, and somehow I managed to overlook the part of the product description that says the finials are *not* included. Even the screws were not included--I had to rummage around to find the proper size. I wrote to Anthropologie customer service asking whether or when finials would be offered, and was told they would not. Too bad, as Anthropologie has many unique knobs and great hardware available in stores and online. I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere for window hardware.

I am a regular and usually very satisfied customer. I used this rod for a design job, ordered it and also came to find out the fenials were not included. I called to order and there were none avaiable nor another option avaiable. I believe the website is missleading and would not recommend this rod. I did call to let anthropologie know of my concern, but no one seemed to care much.
