 by Scrids A worthy splurge.
Normally, I wouldn't spend $25 on a candle. However, this one was so highly recommended that I decided to go for it. The fragrance is exotic...very sweet, not very floral. Anthro's fragrance description of "sugared oranges" seems to be accurate; it's like sweet, fruity candy. The wick does develop a sooty clump rather quickly, so frequent trimming is a must. The one disappointment I had with this is the jar is not the alluring aqua color featured online; mine is most decidedly green. The lid is lovely however and remains the jar's redeeming feature. Seems to be long-lasting; worth it for the scent.

I light this candle in my dorm room and it makes the room smell so fresh. The central air system really drags in stinky smells from neighbors, but I can instantly kill them by lighting this candle. Not a single person has come in my room and not asked what kind of candle I had. Everyone thinks it smells SO good.
I have the volcano scent, but the jar is a light green/yellow color not the pink color featured online.
It was totally worth spending some extra money and getting a candle that really makes a difference as opposed to generic brands that don't have lasting scents.
Also, the wax doesn't melt too fast, so it lasts. I've burnt it for at least 30 hours and have barely made a dent.

I work at Anthro and we have this candle in the Lounge section of the store—people walk by and comment on how wonderful it smells all the time. And I finally got to the point where I would find it odd that my apartment didn't smell like the store... Had to have it!
The jar the candle comes in is aesthetic, too, and has an easy-open lid. The scent is just enough citrus and floral mixed together, isn't overpowering, but does linger. I'm not sure the precise burning time estimated for the candle, but considering we have them going from open to close at the store every single day, it can go for quite some time!
