Rated 5 out of 5 by Workhorse dress I have a Cloth & Stone chambray shirt, so I really didn't need the dress, which is essentially a longer belted version of what I already have. But then I tried it on, and it is the same unbelievably soft fabric as the shirt, with the same casual ease of wear. So I bought it. I tried on my usual S (5'6", 133lbs, 32D-28-38), and it definitely is on the roomy side. I didn't try sizing down though as I liked the fit to be more loose and casual, and also keep the length (about 2-3" above my kneecaps). This is the kind of dress I will probably live in this summer, and I can switch it up by wearing it under a cardigan and leather belt. Highly recommended. March 31, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Comfy & Versatile I love this dress! It is SO soft because of the fabric, and the dress I picked up is ombre, starting with a bleached-out blue at the top and fading to a darker shade at the bottom. I am a 0-2 in Anthro dresses, and yes, this dress *could* be a size smaller/more fitted. But then it would be a different style. This is literally like a loose denim shift dress/man's dress shirt that has a belt on it. The design is not snug in the the top nor contains front pleats or darts. If you want a very fitted dress, this is not it. I am 5'8" tall and it hits about 4" above my knee. The front of the dress is shorter than the back (yay! my butt doesn't show!) and the sides have a cute little swoop. The sleeves unroll and were long enough to hit my wrists correctly. July 11, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Cheaper at Nordstrom Was at an Anthro today and completely fell in love with this dress. Great easy fit, a little short for work but would work great with leggings. Purchased it and headed out to Nordstrom for some more shopping. To my complete surprise Nordstrom was carrying the exact same dress, for $50 less! The only difference was the label, Side Stitch, not Cloth and Stone. I couldn't quiet believe my eyes so went to the dressing room, and sure enough exact same dress! Let's just say I returned one for the other. There have been a few items that I've purchased at other boutiques that are slightly more expensive at Anthro, but this was ridiculous. April 27, 2013

Size Guide

How to Measure

Bust

Measure under your arms at the fuller part of your bust. Keep tape level across your shoulder blades.

Natural Waist

Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.

Drop Waist

Measure around your body 1 1/2" below your natural waist.

Hips

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Inseam

Using a pair of your pants that fit well, measure from crotch seam to bottom of leg.

Rings

Wrap a length of string around your finger and mark where the end touches. Measure the distance between the end of the string and the mark you've made to determine what size to order.
