Rated 4 out of 5 by Great if you have the right body type I loved the idea of this dress for work, it just didn't look great on my pear-shape. I tried both a S and M -- I normally wear S on top, and S or M on bottom (5'6", 133lbs, 32D-28-38). I found the S to fit well on top, but was too clingy for my taste on my hips and butt. The M ended up being a touch baggy on top in front and back (zipper didn't lie flat), but of course the bottom half wasn't as tight. I guess I would call this dress TTS. Both dresses hit me right at the knee, and the sleeves were snug but not uncomfortably so. The neckline is so flattering and modest for work. The fabric is not as stretchy and lightweight as most of Bailey 44's dresses, but it is lined. There is an exposed zipper in back, but I think it was black so not too obvious. I don't really love the dress enough to buy it now and get it tailored, but maybe if it goes on sale. Overall a great dress if you're not particularly body-conscious or are more proportional than me! Rated 5 out of 5 by Lovely vintage style (& substantial weight) dress Love love love this dress! I saw it online and have been eager to try it on. I've been wanting a navy dress for some time and ordered the navy sheath cowl-neck dress online, but that one didn't work out. When I saw this in the store today, I couldn't wait to get it into the fitting room. Unlike the "Cate Pencil Dress" which was too big and too fussy to deal with, the "Ina Boatneck" fit like a dream. I'm often sized out, but this one fit me perfectly in a size XS (5'5" 100bs). The neckline lies flat, the dress hugs the body (but was not too tight) and the length hit right at my knee. The length of the skirt as well as the sleeves make it conservative enough for me to wear to the office despite it being a body-con dress. The dress is also fully lined which I greatly appreciate given the recent trends of either not lining the dress or only lining the top half. The material is made of a substantial weight (much thicker than the typical Bailey 44 dresses). my only complaints are that I'm not a huge fan of exposed zippers and that there were a few threads hanging from the exposed zipper and neckline. They can easily be snipped off, but for the price of the dress you would expect them too look perfectly on the hanger. Definitely recommend the dress! February 1, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by BEWARE: looks great UNTIL you turn around! First of all, I LOVE all things Bailey44 and when I saw this on the hanger I was sure I'd buy it as it looks very work appropriate. The chest detailing is very simple yet sophisticated. For reference, I am a 36 C and the small worked for me...UNTIL I turned around. The back of the dress was very ill fitting. You can even see the wrinkles in the lower back in the pictures with the model online. The wrinkles in fabric on my back were much worse in real life and I tried on an XS, S and M and they all had the same problem. It may be a zipper issue or a size issue but either way, it was not flattering. My recommendation: try before you buy! January 16, 2013

NAVY Style #:26723098 When it comes to fall and winter knits, we've got two things on the brain: comfort and convenience (impeccable style is the unspoken third, of course). We're loving cozy, throw-on-and-go dresses paired with color-pop tights when the weather chills, like this one from Bailey 44. Ina Boatneck Dress
