I have this cardigan in the cocoa color, which is a light beige almost golden color. It is a departure from the usual type of cardigan I wear but I really love it. Yes, it is slouchy and has an unusual shape. But it has a nice casual style that works well with my summer wardrobe as a lightweight layer over tank tops or even over dresses. I like that it is a longer length as many of my summer cardigans are cropped or hip length.
The knit is loose but not flimsy. It is airy but still warm enough in A/C. Not super soft but not itchy at all.
The cocoa color is a great neutral.

Rated 2 out of 5 by smallercityprof arrived "ratty"
I wanted a very casual sweater to wear on weekends or work-from-home days, and this seemed like it could be the one; I ordered based on the positive reviews here, but I had to return. The knit was already pilling and "ratty" looking when I pulled the sweater out of the packaging. Even after pulling at least fifteen to twenty little lint balls off the thing, it was still just incredibly sad-looking and constantly shedding and pilling. Also, runs very large--I normally wear a size L, and ordered the M on a whim because L was sold out--the Medium fit with room to spare. Given the loose weave, I expect this would have stretched terribly as well. Just not the quality I expect from Anthro, even for the sale price.

I usually buy cardigans that are cropped and fitted, but was really drawn to this one because of the unusual hemline. I tried it on with multiple tops in the dressing room and the cocoa color seriously went with everything! Because of the hemline it could go with longer or shorter tops too. I'm in LOVE and am going to order the plum color too. The sleeves are 3/4 and the fabric is plush and comfy. It doesn't have a shine to it nor look cheap, which I thought it did in the photos. There is some slight heathering in the yarn which gives it depth and beauty. Tried this on in both an XS and a S and ended up with the XS. Either would have worked, but there was less droop in the armhole with the XS. The hemline is very flattering. Looks great opened or buttoned up. For reference, I'm 35"bust, 27"waist, 38"hip, 5'9 140lbs and bought the XS. I seriously don't think you will be disappointed with this one!
