by Breathless Such a cute skirt
I agree with the previous reviewer that this skirt looks prettier IRL than in the product shot. The lemon neon accents really stand out and catch your eye. When I saw the skirt's length in the online description, I thought it would be too short for me (even though I am really short). It also looked short lying on the table in my local Anthro, but I still grabbed it in my regular size 4 (27"-37") to try on. And, I liked it a lot! It fit true to size and did not look super short -- in fact, I thought it was the perfect length for summer. The waist was comfortable and non-binding and the skirt had volume, but was not overly poofy. The price gave me a pause, so I will be waiting to snatch this little beauty on sale.

Pictures do not do this skirt justice. It's just so much cuter in person and the colours are very vibrant. The slip on style makes it easy and no snagging on my tights! Yes, I wore them with black tights as well. I took my regular size 0 and it fits just right. It's slightly flared and not at all sheer since it's lined. It hits above my knees. Can't wait to wear it with everything!!

This is a great skirt. So great that even my boyfriend (who NEVER notices what I am wearing no matter how hard I try) commented on how pretty it was.
The lace gives it a vintage feel but the embroidered flowers are a really BRIGHT neon yellow and that makes it more fun and very trendy. However, not so trendy that I wouldn't wear it for summers to come. Seriously I love this thing.
I did think that it ran about one size too big. I am typically a size 2 in bottoms, almost without fail (25-26" waist) and I took a 0 in this very comfortably. The 2 wouldn't have fallen off, but it had a little more pouf and volume that I didn't find attractive. Also the waistband is very comfy - not too tight, definitely doesn't squish like some skirts. Good length - not too short, but still a mini. Slightly see-through and might need a short slip, even though it is lined.
A final note - I had to go through several skirts in the store before finding one that didn't have a lot of pulls on the embroidery, and the one I finally settled on it stitched incorrectly at the waist in the front. Not noticeable to anyone but me, and I loved it so much that I took it home anyways. This skirt will go with a lot of tops. BUY IT NOW! You will love it!
