I bought all three colors...mind you they are pilcro's, which i love for thier higher waist and abitliy to fit us ladie with hips and a butt...no matter how tiny you may be...they are comphy and wear well. I do plan on washing in cold and not drying, I find this brand holds the shape it stretches out to be it you do not dry...ir you do dry it will shrink back..your choice...they are fabulous !! Oh and one more thing, althought they are velvet they are very stretchy and perfect weight to wear now althe way through the winter and not a "traditional" hiliday velvet. I promise you will LOVE...don't forget size down on these. They do stretch !!!

2. These were too big in the waist and gapped in the back.
3. The hips were the correct size.
4. The legs were too tight, and I have skinny legs. This caused lots of horizontal wrinkles. Not flattering.
5. I tried these on over trouser socks and they just stuck to them like crazy. The socks were very silky, so I was surprised that the pants glued themselves to them.

I bought the oxblood color of these pants. Tried on before I bought. I was in LOVE. Wore them the first time and they felt comfortable and perhaps even stretched a little more than I would like (I bought a 29 but they felt like they were running a size big) but they are extremely comfortable. The next day I went back to Anthro and bought the navy color in the same size and style. They fit a lot more snug (the way I would think the 29 would fit). I still love them both and will continue to wear but the oxblood color looks like the model in the picture (like a pant) and the navy look and feel more like a legging. Either way they feel amazing, are comfortable and warm for cold Cleveland weather!
