I had never heard of this brand before but the cuff and color caught my eye. Tried them on in the store and LOVED them, bought them on the spot. I love that the rise is a tad higher than the Pilcro's, which I also tried on, to hide my mommy muffin top. I am 5'9" and the cuff is perfect for me. Usually cuffed jeans look like awkwardly short capris on me. THe cuff is not sewn in, so I will have to clip them with binder clips before washing to keep them where they are. The red stitching is subtle and cute! I wear a 29 in Pilcros, etc. but got these in a 28. A little tight at first but they do stretch with wear. A year-round addition to my wardrobe!!!

I found last fall that I this brand, Holding Horses, seems to fit my body type pretty well. I'm thin, but my legs aren't twiggy...so leggings type jeans do not always look great on me. These are thick enough where I don't need a top that covers my hip area. I am usually a size 28 in jeans, and these were almost perfect. The only downfall is that the waist it a little too big, so I will always need to wear a belt with them. Overall they are a very impressive pair of jeans for the price point. Plus they look extremely cute with some fall booties that I own!

I'm 5'3"/130lbs and just bought the 28 regular. I LOVE these jeans. The waist hits at just the right spot -- not too low, not too high; seems like all jeans these days are low rise. I initially got the 29P, but I wanted the cuffed look, but not cropped. With the regular length, I can fold up w/ a single long cuff (like on the model) or folded twice for a longer cropped look. So versatile - you can change the look in so many ways, since they truly are slim cut -- not flared, not skinny, not boot. It's so hard to find jeans with this silhouette.
