I bought this skirt today and love everything about it. The picture online does not do the colors justice. It does run snug in the hip but i would still say its true to size.

I am 109 lbs, 26 waist, and 37 at the hip. I tried on a size 4.
The skirt was a little hard to get on, the lining is a light cheap cotton, and it bunched up. I might have had better luck trying to step into the skirt.
The size 4 fit my hip, and lower waist nicely, but the actual waist would have to be taken in 3 to 4 inches. If I have chosen a size 2 it would not have fit my hips.
The embroidery is pretty, but it was loose in places. All the skirts in the shop had the same issue, some were worse than others.
Although saying this, I do think that they skirt is pretty, not outstanding, but lovely and bohemian. It is a shame about the cheap cotton lining. I would have also like the skirt more shaped at the top.

I wanted this skirt to work so badly! I wore it to work yesterday for the first time and received compliments all day! It is truly beautiful with all the bright colors. It pains me to say, that as the day went on, the skirt was literally falling apart! A co-worker brought me one of the Pom-Poms she found in the restroom, and I lost an additional one as well. I felt like I could work with sewing those back on; however, when I returned home, I noticed the back seam of the skirt was splitting! The skirt is not too tight(in fact a little loose, and still bought my normal size 6), and I sit at a desk all day so I wasn't moving in the skirt as if I were in yoga class....
It's beautiful and I would recommend as long as your skirt doesn't meet the fate mine did. It will have to be returned.
