This does remind me of 1970s peasant blouses (at a premium price), but as I've said with other Anthro items, if you're busty, size up! I normally can fit in size 14 Anthro tops and dresses, but this one had to go back in size 14 because it wasn't flowy enough and there was no size for me to size up to.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by pjaalt great top for spring
This top is so nice. It's so light and airy (definitely need a cami or nude bra underneath as it's slightly see-through) and the embroidery is stunning. It can be as fitted as you want with the tie in the back. Fits TTS. I am 5'2" and the regular size hit at the hip for me, so I think the petite size would be way too short.

I'll admit, I gravitate towards embroidery. This blouse is a beautiful example of a well made blouse that can be worn for at least three seasons: spring, summer, and fall.
The fit: I typically wear either a 0 (sometimes a 00) or XS, but I tried on both a 0 and 2 in this blouse due to reviews. While I could have sized up to the 2 for a more flowy look, I would have sacrificed the right fit in the shoulders. (For reference: 34A, 24" waist, long torso.) The blouse doesn't seem to be quite long enough on me to be tucked in, but I don't think that I would even want to. It is an off-white color, which might normally be a problem for people with pale skin like mine but there are enough bright colors in the embroidery to offset that.I would recommend wearing a cami underneath, though it may be a challenge to find one that isn't a stark white color, which might look a bit strange.
What actually sold me on this blouse was the fact that it can be hand washed inside out. With a young child at home, the idea of dry cleaning is often a deciding factor. Not a worry with this blouse though!
