Rated 5 out of 5 by bookworm03 I never want to take off these pants.
I...have no butt. None. It falls sadly into the back of my thighs. But something about these pants is just...magical. All of the sudden I am a curvy goddess in these pants! I love them. The are soft, provide just enough stretch without completely stretching out and falling off by the end of the day, and the muted color palette allows for so many different top pairings. I do disagree with previous reviews who say they run a bit small. I typically wear a 27 in JBrand and these were no exception--so perhaps trying them on first or trying a few different pairs is the best. But for someone like me, with (sadly) no hips and no lady-like curves, they fit true to size. I also don't think they are too thin--I have tried on a bunch of colored twill this year and these are sturdy yet soft and don't show every bump and panty-line like some others have. And yes, they are expensive. I hemmed and hawed over the price and I do not have a single moment of buyer's remorse.

I ordered my usual size in these, but they are very, very tight. Like, seam marks on your love handles kind of tight. Maybe they'll stretch? Anyway they're still very flattering, and the pattern is adorable, but the fabric is very thin and doesn't seem worth 200 bucks. I'm keeping them, but only because I impulsively wore them out to dinner and can't return them (oops).
Definitely get them if you've got money to burn, but I suggest ordering up a size!

I agree with the previous reviewer that these run small. I always wear a 29
in j brand, they zipped, but the 30's were much more comfortable. The fabric is the Japanese twill, just like theIr colored skinnies. The print is great and the length hits me right at the ankle. I will wear them with a black or white top and coral jewelry.
