This dress is glorious. Gorgeous design and quality. VERY delicate, so beware! The silk portion at the top looks very fragile, like it could rip easily. This is definitely a dress I will be saving for special occasions and wearing and storing with care. I usually wear an XS/SP or 0 in Anthro sizes, and sometimes even these are large on me, but in this dress I needed a size 2. (I fit into the 0, but due to afore-mentioned apparent fragility of dress, I thought it best to size up. I'm glad I did. The size 2 feels and looks better on than the 0 as well.) Can easily be worn with a strapless bra. It's very expensive and probably my first-ever full-price Anthro purchase, but I loved it so much I didn't want to risk it going out of stock in my size. It might be my new most favorite dress ever.

This was one of four dresses I purchased and received for an extra 30% off. As an Australian buyer I rely on local reviews, as sizing in any country can vary substantially, so I hope this review helps someone with their sizing. I am petite 110lbs short waisted long legged bra 32G. I ordered an 8 as I was hoping at 36 -30-38 it would fit best. My ample chest pulls the waist line up slightly. I could have gone up to a size 10 for a looser fit, but then again the arm holes might have gaped. I want to wear this for a wedding and I aim to "run " an inch off my midriff.
What I like about the design is the sheer silk on the bodice covers my cleavage, so I don't feel self conscious wearing this as opposed to the Shade flower dress. The side lace panels gives structure and adds to the silhouette. I found the length just right, it hit just above my knee . Another astute design idea is the inner skirt lining cut just about 2 inches shorter than the upper. This enhances the beauty of the sheer silk and highlights the fabric. It allows the light to shine through, but in an elegant becoming way. The bodice lining is a pale green and the skirt lining is ?polyester with matching print to the sheer silk layer. The dress feels light and airy on and should be ideal for the late summer wedding in March.
I seem to be raving about the fabric, it really is amazing, it came slightly crumpled, but after i wore it the wrinkles smoothed out. I will be wearing it sans necklace to avoid any pulls on the silk, but shall wear dangly earrings instead.

I recently had a formal event to attend and searched high and low for a beautiful, but different dress. I felt like everything I found just looked so generic. Then this dress came along and I was absolutely blown away. It is elegant, classy, and something I have never seen before. The dress is made beautifully and fit perfectly. I am 5'4" and 130 lbs with a very small upper body, but a curvier lower half. I loved that this dress accentuated my smaller upper half and hide my bigger lower half. I did have to go a size up though, I am normally a 2 in anthropologie dresses, but needed a 4. It runs very small! Overall though, I 100% recommend this dress.
