Went in person to try this top specifically and some others I coveted on-line ... why is the fabric of this and many of the new lovely t-shirts so thin?
I'm an L (or XL) and when a t-shirt is thin and fits right next to the body ... any bit of flab shows up and the look is not good and looks 'less expensive'.
Overall, I was disappointed that so many of the t-shirts were very thin/lightweight. Not asking for a sweatshirt, but just a more substantial cotton. To me, it looks better and wears/lasts longer.
BTW - my sis takes the same size, but is more solid #not so soft-bodied# and the top looked very good on her - she bought it in navy!

I live in jeans everyday and I am always looking for tops that are not dry clean only and add a dash of fashion forwardness to my daily uniform; this top in white almost is perfect. It fits well; a curvy 5'4 and 120 pounds, the small is a good fit. The cut of the neckline is good for not too much cleavage (34C). Like other reveiwers, this is fairly sheer, so a nude bra is in order or a cami. Living in Wisconsin, right now a cardigan or a vest minimizes the sheerness. This can also be worn well into spring and possibly early summer given its light weight.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by LadyLion Nice and useful top, runs large in body
I got this in the white today. I think the detailing and style is very good, especially like the back detail. It is rather thin and with the white, a cami underneath will be needed. It runs a bit large overall, but with a 36D bust, I don't think I could wear the medium. I'm going to have to alter the body of the shirt to taper it but I do think I"ll get a lot of use from mit. Can be worn with just a cami or with long sleeve top underneath so I am planning on taking it on a trip where the weather will vary. It does wrinkle easy though, or at least it arrived that way.
