Rated 4 out of 5 by Great dress for the RIGHT body type I normally wear a 4 in dresses - the ONLY size I could remotely get to accommodate my shoulders and arms was a 12! And it was still skin-tight! The length and style of this dress are simply gorgeous. I love the fact that the ENTIRE dress is lined, including the arms (for those who are going to a formal event and might happen to have arm tattoos this dress would work). Sadly, this just didn't work on my body type. If you have large and/or very muscular arms, and a "spoon" body type (where your shoulders are wider than your hips) this just won't work. Too bad, it's so pretty! : ( March 2, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Beautiful but runs small I usually take a size 6 in dresses, sometimes even a 4. I ordered the 6 and could hardly fit my arm in the sleeves. Granted my shoulders are not narrow but I am not overly large. The waist fit fine. I was so disappointed in the fit because the material of this dress is better than any lace dress I see in the stores . It's soft, high quality not at all stiff. I love the longer length. I am so tired of anthro dresses being sooooo short. I order a size 8 and the arms are still tight, I would go up to a 10 but then the rest of the dress would be too large. October 30, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Gorgeous Firstly, the photo does not do this dress justice - it is gorgeous! But as other reviewers have stated, the sleeves run very small. They are supposed to be very fitted but I have thin, toned arms and they were even tight on me. I also found the waist of my usual size, XS/0 to be pretty snug but I couldn't size up as the bust was gaping on me. (32A/B 25" waist, 115lbs, 5'7").) Such a shame as this dress is absolutely fabulous in person and totally timeless. The fabric has a nice weight and drape and had it fit, I'm sure I would have felt very glamorous every time I wore it. :( January 5, 2014

Size Guide

How to Measure

Measure under your arms at the fuller part of your bust. Keep tape level across your shoulder blades.

Natural Waist

Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.

Drop Waist

Measure around your body 1 1/2" below your natural waist.

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Using a pair of your pants that fit well, measure from crotch seam to bottom of leg.

Wrap a length of string around your finger and mark where the end touches. Measure the distance between the end of the string and the mark you've made to determine what size to order.
