A dress to bring smiles!
I love the cheerful polka dot print on this lightweight spring/ summer dress. I also like the elastic waistband which nips it in at just the right place. It's got a cute retro pin up girl flare to it. It comes with a built in slip, and has a keyhole button in the back. I found that a 2 fit best, which means it probably is running a little large. I'm 5'9" 34b-24-37. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Cheap, wrinkly fabric
I tried this dress on this past weekend in my local store, and I found it to just be sort of "meh." I don't think there's much I can add here, other than to reiterate a fellow reviewer's comments about the dress seeming cheap.
The shape of the dress is cute and flattering, but the material is very lightweight--and not just in a warm weather-material kind of way. It feels cheap. The wrinkling makes the already questionable ruffling on the skirt look cheap. I'd imagine from a fair distance, the dress looks great. Definitely wouldn't pass a close-up in my book though. At least not for the $148 pricetag. This one belongs on the racks of Forever 21 for a quarter of the price.

dotted dress
I loved the look of this dress online, so I was happy to see it in store to try. My usual size 4 was a good fit. The elastic waist hits at the right spot and isn't too tight for comfort. The length was perfect on me, just above the knee yet longer in back as this is the design. It is a cute dress, feminine and summery. The only issue I have is the choice of fabric: this linen is sheer and slightly rough. Why not a soft, lightweight cotton? The dress feels a little cheap due to the fabric, plus it wrinkles very easily. The removable slip is soft cotton, but shapeless. It works fine, but it is another cheap element of the dress. I don't think this is worth the full price of $148, but then again the other dress offerings from Anthro lately are far worse.

perfect for summer!
This dress is adorable. The fabric is really light, I didn't find it to be sheer like a previous reviewer...but maybe I just wasn't in the right light b/c it's really light weight and I could see how it could become sheer. The only area I noticed to be rather sheer is the top, but I think as long as ou have on a white bra you'll be fine.
The cut is light and billowy all over w/o looking frumpy or adding bulk and I think it would be perfect as a light little summer dress.
Fits TTS if not a tiny bit on the large size, so you could probably pull off your usual size or even one size down.

Super-cute!
I love this dress! The material is soft cotton material, it nips in at the waist and hangs well, it has a feminine ruffle detail. It would probably look better with a belt to accentuate the waist. All said, it's a classic, feminine, comfortable dress I will be wearing all summer!

Young & Flirty
First off, the photo does not at all do this special dress its justice. The fabric is lightweight and airy but I did not notice it being see-through, as others reviewers noted. This dress will be oh so perfect for the hot summer days ahead of us. The print makes me feel like I'm 16 again! I also love the fact that I can actually wear a regular bra, unlike so many summer dresses with different straps/back cutouts where you need a specific kind of bra for it-it makes this dress sooo easy to wear. If you're between sizes, I recommend sizing up since it is made of linen and cotton which inevitably does shrink. The 14 was a perfect knee-length on me.

It was just okay on me
This is one of those dresses that is great for certain people, but not all/most.
I really loved the way it looked on some of the other reviewers who posted pics but it's just nothing special on me. I feel like it would be best on a curvy girl. Like, for real curvy. I am only some what curvy - 35-27-36 or thereabouts.
The design is cute with the red dots and the cinched in elastic band at the waist. It is sheer, so that's an issue too. Good, respectable length for a grown up.

liked the silhouette, very very (very) sheer
For a dress with a built in slip, I was instantly amazed at how sheer this dress was once on.... the slip was transparent, the dress was transparent, put two transparent pieces together, and you still have a semi transparent piece :( The fabric itself was very wrinkle prone as well, which made me wonder if it had linen in it. These quality issues are all the sadder because I liked the silhouette- the dress has an almost blousey top with the gathered waist that fits pretty much right at my waist (wait, what?) and the flowy skirt was cute. I didn't mind the vertical ruffles, thinking they were a cute feminine touch. I could see the dress looking very nice with a belt...if I could picture a way I wouldn't be constantly aware of how see through the darn thing was.
