I like how these jeans fit. I like the slightly higher waist so that the muffin top isn't there. I like the fit through the hip and thigh. What I do not like is that the inseam in the petite jean is not what is listed, it's 27.5" long. So on me, it's not cropped in any way. In fact, I would have to get it hemmed. I'm 5' tall. When it says the inseam is 23.5" or along those lines, that says "Hey! I won't have to hem these!" No. Not the case. So will think about whether to keep them or not. Also - they aren't very dark. They are more like medium blue.

Rated 2 out of 5Â by VondelPark These are low-rise and not relaxed.
I bought my normal size -- 26 -- and the jeans were fitted instead of relaxed. Also, I measured the rise, and it's 8.25 inches. So the listing has the wrong information in it (listing says 9 inches). The front of the jeans dips low. They would be darling on someone who has a firm belly but absolutely not on anyone needing more coverage. I'm so disappointed! However, the Level 99 Lily relaxed cropped jeans are much better -- just size up. I also bought the Pilcro Superscript slim ankle (highest rise skinny jeans) and they are gorgeous and true to size.

Funny, I don't think these are too loose at all! They are meant to be "relaxed," sort of the way Levi's 501s used to fit women before jeans began to get really tight and spandex-y. I think most younger women are so used to skinny jeans that they think these are running large. They're actually super comfy, true to size and the type of jeans you wear with casual t-shirts and sneakers or sandals on a spring or cool summer day when the last thing you want is skinny jeans and boots.
