by blshvkbabe Great pattern, so-so product
After having bought a quilt from Anthropologie years ago, I decided to purchase this quilt for my daughter's room. It was a pretty big shock when I opened the package--not only was there a small stain on the quilt, it wasn't even really a quilt at all. It's basically a glorified comforter, so be prepared for that. The fabric is INCREDIBLY thin and I expect it will tear after not too long. As a previous reviewer stated, there is superficial seamwork that I don't expect will hold for long either. It is certainly leaps and bounds away from the quality I would expect at such a price.
That said, the pattern is gorgeous! I just love the colours and everything about the way it looks (I'm using it upside down, but either way it's pretty). Bought a Queen size for a full bed...might reconsider that, is a tad too long, probably should have just went with the full. Not a dealbreaker though.

I ordered this for my dorm so I got a twin. When I received it, I was disappointed to see that some of the designs on the edges were left off. Also, the quality doesn't seem to fit the price. The material is very thin and the stitching doesn't do much good. It's still very cute but just not worth it.

The colors and patterns on this "quilt" caught my eye and the product does not disappoint in that regard. I think the description should note that this is not a true quilt - rather it's a comforter with different blocks of pattern printed on a single piece of fabric. There are some knotted pieces of yarn and stitching added to give it the look of a quilt.
