 by DoshaDiva Just okay...
Unique design, but very cheap in person. The drawers are small and hold very little. I did find something similar at 1/3 of the price. Go to etsy and search for a shop named blissfulthinkin.etsy.com or sisterbutterfly.artfire.com both shops have these very unique book boxes. If you like the design of this box, just wait.... These are handmade and so GORGEOUS!

The title really says it all.
Not only did the piece arrive broken (the mirror overlays), but it clearly does not look like the picture on Anthro's website. The picture on the website makes this piece look clean and sleek. In reality, it's a poorly executed mess. I can't believe Anthro is actually selling these to their customers...especially at this price. I am beyond disappointed and, quite frankly, would have appreciated an apology from Anthropologie.

I fell in love with this jewelry box the minute I saw it...I even changed around our closet organizer to make room to display it! The concept is so unique and delightful...whimsical, romantic, and Alice in Wonderland vintage. However, the execution just wasn't up to the concept. The various levels just don't sit together cleanly, and the drawers don't fit the way you'd expect them to for the price. The various hardware and embellishments seemed tacked on and not properly finished...and not in a cool way, in a messy, poor quality way. I might have kept this at half the price (MAYBE...it would still be a disappointment in quality), but for $300? No way. I expect so much better from Anthro, especially at that price. I'm so bummed, because truly the aesthetics of it are wonderful. I just wish it had been done right.
