I've been drooling over these ever since I saw them in person. The online pics don't do the coasters justice at all though. Anyway, I finally decided to stop obsessing and just buy them. Since I wanted to pick out each one I was getting, I got them in-store rather than online, but I'm pretty sure you'll love whichever come in! Just a couple of negatives: 2 or 3 of mine have some cracks in the glaze around the center crystals, but I can't tell if it's a flaw specific to mine or if all come this way. Also, the glazing is pooled in the center, not covering the tile to the edges. It doesn't read as rustic as much as rushed. All in all though, I can't recommend these enough, they're ridiculously gorgeous and are such striking colors that work well with so many decorating styles. They add just the right amount of sparkle without being over the top!

 by JC555 don't buy online
These coasters are pretty and made well in the US, but "variations from set to set" is an understatement. A year ago I purchased the pumpkin set. They look exactly like the picture, each one unique, but overall consistent in color and texture. Yesterday my green coasters arrived and they are vastly different not only from the picture, but also from each other. They are all cute, but there is no theme and they do not come close to matching the pictured color. Also, the glass blob in the middle is uneven so glasses rock. I'd be pleased if I had hand picked these from a discount bin.

These coasters are an awesome gift idea. You can buy them individually for $8 in the store, or as in a set of 4 online for $32. They look really nice, and I've seem similar ceramic and glass coasters for over +$12 each.
I really liked the green in person, so I bought a few as gifts for my friends. I'm debating about getting a set for myself as they are classy and funky looking at the same time. Each glaze looks different, so they have a one of a kind feel, that's what makes them so unique!
FYI: The semi-porous surface of the glass absorbs liquids, while the non-porous ceramic base remains dry. So this one of the reasons that this glass and ceramic make them excellent coasters.
The last added bonus is that they are made in the USA!
