This dress is a great, fauxish (half) wrap dress- however I just wanted to call people's attention to the fact that the print hits differently on each different dress if you are getting the navy version.
One previous reviewer commented that her dress print
hit in such a way that looked like she was wearing a thong outside her dress, and that's totally possible. I tried on two- the XS that while too tight otherwise was fine, and the S on which the print hit in such a way that I looked like I had a giant bullseye on my butt. Even the saleswoman laughed when she saw it (nicely.)
What I'm saying is that it's a cute dress, but you have to get the right one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by mybohemianstyle Love this dress, perfect for holiday parties!
I just bought this dress in black and can't wait to wear it to my holiday work party. I am 5 ft 8 in, weigh 140 lbs and bought the small which fits like a glove. I am a C cup and the top fits great, no need for a cami at all. I tried on the blue pattern in the store and loved it as well, but went with the black for the versatility. This will likely be in my closet for years to come. This dress works great on an hourglass shape, it's sexy without being inappropriate. At my height the dress hit about 3 - 4 inches above the knee and the sleeves are a true 3/4 sleeve. If you are more petite go for an XS, there's a nice amount of stretch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by FreePeoplePerson My first choice is black, in stores...good classic
As the title explains, my first choice for this dress would be the basic black which seems to be in store and not (possibly just not yet) online.
In black, it's a workhorse of a basic. It looks great on a variety of body types (it's a bit longer than shown, imo) and it's well made with great fabric that is slightly shaping and holds everything in if you have any lumps or wobbly bits. :) It also looks very "long" in that it makes you look taller and leaner. I'd say the fit is pretty true to size. The arms are truly 3/4 length and there's a teeny gathering at the top shoulder which makes it flattering, too. The ruching in the dress is along the sides and you don't really see it once it's on, which is good. It just flatters every part of the body, it seems.
It's not a true wrap, it's a lightly lined dress with a wrap "panel" which comes over and ties like a true wrap. That means you don't have to worry about it flapping open at any point and also means you can customize the fit a little bit. On the smaller side, tie it tighter, on the larger side, looser....you get the idea.
In person, the red is very orange based, I don't think the photos here represent the true color of the dress. Orange reds are a bit harder to wear for most people, so just an FYI.
The black and white zig zag pattern is ADORABLE in person and looks much more expensive than the dress really is. The white is really an off white, almost beige tone.
The blue pattern is cute, too. I don't really understand the review about the "thong" issue though. It does appear to be unfortunate placement in the photo, I'd agree. However, the dresses I saw and tried on in person were all cut differently meaning the print was not in exactly the same place on each dress with a print. If you're concerned about that, though, you might try the dress in store first.
