Rated 4 out of 5 by perfect for hot summers in az I didn't think the gold cheap looking and I'm not big on glitz. Like the pockets and that it's made of cotton. Big pro for me. Wish it was 3 inches longer and had a cotton lining in the skirt with cute lace along the edge. But I will have to add that myself. Not the cutest dress I've bought but great for 69 bucks! Size 12 and got a L fits nice. February 4, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Quality not as expected In the photo, the dress would appear to be a dressy, flowy material, yet in person, the material is quite itchy and poor quality. The metallic highlights in the dress make it look cheap as well. The gold is very yellow. The fit is true to size. I like the different patterns and the bow belt, but just disappointed in the quality. January 23, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by I liked this dress on-line, but when I tried it at the store it didn't look flattering on my body, a little bit frumpy. Runs TTS, material is very soft as expected from Ace & Jig. March 19, 2014

BLACK MOTIF Style #:28849420 A shared love of textiles is what first drew Cary Vaughan and Jenna Wilson together as fashion interns in New York City. That love never diminished, nor did their partnership: after each started a family, Ace & Jig was born, too. Yearning for hand-dyed and loom-woven fabric of their own, they sought out the perfect fabric maker in India, one who had been weaving on an age-old loom for over 30 years. By participating in that first step - the creation of the fabric itself - the duo is able to completely realize each piece in their collections, such as this metallic-tinged cotton frock. Pair it with gold drops and a low chignon for a soiree-ready look. Gilded Octavia Dress
