 by gritcherd Wearing it today!
I also received a lot of compliments on this cardigan when I wore it today. I actually wore it with the red lace peplum top from Anthro and I love it! I love the shape and lightness of the material. My biggest problem buying things from Anthropologie has been washing items - they shrink, they stretch, they fade or they are dry clean only. That's a pain simply because you pay so much for the look that Anthropologie has. So, after reading others' reviews, I am also afraid to wash it...I might actually contact CS to make sure.

I love the print on this sweater and I know that it's a linen sweater, but it failed to wow in person. The knit is not as tight or thick as appears in the photograph and is quite thin. I was expecting it to be a little thicker. I really wanted to love this and wear it on holiday and through the Spring, but it's definitely not worth the price. This one is going back.

I found this sweater to be very flattering.. maybe running a little small(it is not generously sized)... I'm a 10-12, and the Large fit just right. The botanical print is much more vivid in person.. rich red poppies, warm golden and vivid violet irises, and golden and sapphire mums.. the shadowed background flowers are a cool mint and salmon pink. The floral selection reminds me of a mix of asian and old botanical paintings, will easily go 3 seasons. The material itself is not heavy-weight at all, but a fine quality. The pattern does not match up at the seams, but is not noticeable. There is a shirring at the top of the shoulder seams which adds a feminine touch. Sleeves I found to be a little longer than 3/4, and I have longer arms.
