Rated 2 out of 5 by cburas beautiful, but unwearable
I bought these exact boots from JCrew when they sold them last year, and was really excited when they arrived (they are beautiful and very well constructed), only to be extremely disappointed that the fit is totally unrealistic! Not only do they run about two whole sizes too big, the calf circumference is so small that you would have to be a child or anorexic to be able to wear them (I have pretty narrow calves, and I could BARELY squeeze them over, even when just wearing tights, and they were unbearable). It's hard to say if they "run small" or "run large" because both are true!!! I just saw them here on anthro, and I just thought customers should know before purchasing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by smupa Beautiful Boot But Way Too Big
I was so excited to get these but sad to say they are too big. I ordered my normal 7 // 37 but it's as if the boots are 2 sizes too big. Other bummer is the calf is snug, definitely not made for a cyclist who's got nicely shaped calves. Even though they were HUGE, I could tell if I had the right size, the boot would be comfortable. Love the overall design and color choices but sadly this boot is being returned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Clophie Great for Narrow Calves
The calves are narrow (about 13" on my size 36) and the foot is just slightly larger than I'd like, though about normal for rain boots. I'm petite with thin calves and have a terrible time finding boots in general. All of the other rain boots I've tried have been wide enough in the calf to let in a lot of rain. I can deal with the slightly large foot (which is fine with thick socks) because I can finally wear rain boots. These aren't for people with "normal" sized calves, but girls with thin legs need rain boots too! Plus, these are unique without being childish, so I feel comfortable wearing them on my way into work. The quality is excellent and I anticipate these will be the only rain boots I buy for a long time.
